IOS APN Certificate error

Hi,

after creating and linking an IOS APN Certificate to comodo ITSM i keep getting this error under settings CDbException
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23505]: Unique violation: 7 ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint “notification_messages_pkey” DETAIL: Key (id)=(16) already exists.
