iOS App not notifying me of new tickets

I know there are multiple places this could fail but I have check the settings in the software as well as the iPhone, but I still get no alerts of a new ticket.
Any ideas?

We are not sure how you set up the email and alerts but you can start with certain settings in the Service Desk.

Im still having the issue that I am not getting any iOS notifications on my phone from the Comodo app. Not sure that anything in the Service Desk would really effect that.
