IOS - Single App mode

Can’t seem to find a way to enable single app mode for IOS

Hello @frederikbay ,

What are you trying to achieve with single app mode for IOS?

Navigate to Systems manager > MDM > Settings > Restrictions > iOS restrictions (supervised).
Click the checkbox to Enable Single App Mode.
From the drop down that appears, choose the app to place in Single App Mode.
Only built-in apps and managed apps (listed under MDM > Apps) will appear in the list.

You can use the “App Lock” section under IOS profile but it would work only for supervised devices.

@Ilker and @Jay - I had totally missed that - thank you both for your help

additional question - how do I add Apple VPP?

I’m quite at a loss here with the Apple VPP (Volume Purchase Program) so let us reach out to the devs for a definite answer about your inquiry. Further information will be sent to your registered email here in the forum. Thank you.

Was there a confirmed answer regarding how to add the Apple VPP (Volume Purchase Program) token to push volume purchased apps to the clients?

Hello @terickson,

We have been informed by our product team that “ITSM feature request - add Apple VPP support” currently shows on the road-map for implementation in 2018-Q3.

Thank you.
