We have tried in our environment (three different accounts) and it is loads the regular page. Do you have the same result when using a different device? Thank you
There are many issues with service desk being up and down today (27/04/2018).
But if you do find it has been down for a long time clear your browser history and reload the browser as this is often a cause of it not coming back when no one else is having an issue.
