Issue with the timer function when opening a ticket

Is there a bug when you open a ticket and the timer function starts, if the screen is refreshed the timer is reset back to zero. Is that by design or is that a bug?

It is a ‘visual’ bug @reinamsp. It will continue the timer with the ‘seconds’ that has passed added to the last ‘time value’ you saw before the refresh action.

Should keep time.
Have noticed this does sometimes go to zero.

My timer straight up disappeared a week ago.
