Issues with ITSMService and RmmService

Hello Everyone,
Does this look correct that these 2 services (ITSMService and RmmService) are using that much CPU usage. Here is the result from the procedure:

LoadPercentage=5 Top cpu consuming processes ========================= ======== ================ =========== ============ =============== ================================================== ============ ======================================================================== Image Name PID Session Name Session# Mem Usage Status User Name CPU Time Window Title WmiPrvSE.exe 3008 Services 0 33,968 K Unknown NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 4:40:12 N/A ITSMService.exe 3244 Services 0 121,944 K Unknown NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 3:19:26 N/A System 4 Services 0 11,680 K Unknown NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 2:28:50 N/A RmmService.exe 3232 Services 0 28,548 K Unknown NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 1:12:02 N/A

Any help is greatly appreciated.
THanks,
Mike

@reinamsp ,

Thank you for providing us a better view of your report. As shown in the image, the ITSM service is consuming a bit more than its usual process, it seems like it is performing some operation, but it is spiking up at an abnormal usage, we recommend checking it in some other time. The RMM service also can run monitoring scripts or script procedures that might cause high usage. Should this occur at a constant rate, we can recommend collecting some logs to check services performance.
