Hi, I have a client who complains of a hiccuping VPN connection.I would like to understand if the connection of the Itarian client with the platform also fails in those cases.
Is there a log that take track of the connection/disconnection of an an endpoint client over time? Thanks

From memory there is not such a log, and I shall have a dig to see what I can find out from support for you on this.
That being said, you could look at using the device status monitor and say when a device comes online (or offline) to give you a log that way.
