Yes, I’m getting the same. I have updated the majority of my devices to the latest agent but only a handful for the new XCS as i don’t trust it at this point. Devices are showing offline but i can in fact connect to them via iTarian remote app. Also, the ones i have update to lates XCS, the red icon does not show on the taskbar after restart, i then have to manually open XCS then the icon will show and the desktop widget if it is enabeld.

With the Custom reports, we have released the back end but not the front end for people to access.

For the moment the back end is there, but front end is only enabled upon request to support

Please see we have had a newer release since this and that issue is resolved.
