ITSM Always saying connecting to server


Our ITSM is saying connecting to server on our hyper - v box and a domain controller. anyway of getting this fixed please? i’ve restarted the service and the server and still the same.

nevermind i fixed it the process kept hanging on startup so i’m running it under it’s own service account.
