Yes, we had an issue with ITSM being inaccessible earlier. but although that issue was reported as fixed, ITSM was placed in Maintenance for the moment.
We will keep you updated on the situation.

Might suggest Saturday deployment and leave Sunday for fixing it and Mondays alone as those are the most critical times for us.

Currently there are some intermittent issues that are affecting the Comodo One Portal login. I have escalated this to the appropriate staff for further investigation.

Slow, but getting in after a few attempts. Things are improving!
I am also unable to log in now, to the web portal, or the admin console. I was able to log in earlier, but now a no go.

@Ilker I am having the issue again, not able to open remote control. Says network error… Are y’all having issues, or is it just me???

The only part of it that seems to be working, is the remote desktop. I can not transfer files, pull a system inventory, or anything else I have tried, except remote desktop.
Module opens, by it will only finishing loading the remote desktop portion of the module. Even the system inventory that opens automatically does not finish loading. I found it, because the file transfer portion of the module would not open. They just say “Loading - Waiting for client to deploy tool”.
