The fact that you “the support team” need to request this information is a little disconcerting.

surly there would be an internal memo or something sent to all Comodo support staff ahead of these announcements?

Perhaps this needs looking at if this isn’t the case.??

The fix was related to the latest outage on the 5th of January. Improvements were mainly focused on AWS database service, RDS.

All planned works have been successfully completed. Thanks for your interest.
