ITSM number of companies limit?

Hi,

I have 35 customers setup on Comodo One portal but only 34 show up in ITSM. i have tested adding more on the portal and still no change. is there a limit in ITSM for this?

Hello @Marveltec ,

There is no limitation on what the number of Companies you can add is concerned, neither in C1 or ITSM, so we must be dealing with a database sync issue.
We have sent you an email requesting more details for the 35th Company you have added, so we can search and correct the issue.
