ITSM - Portal Setup - LDAP


New setup and looking to sync the users from AD. I cannot connect through LDAP using the following setting and do not know enough to troubleshoot. What should I be looking for?

Is active

LDAP server host

LDAP account domain

Company *
Default Company

LDAP account login

LDAP account password *

Sync status

Sync status reason
Could not connect to LDAP
