Keep receiving "EM Warning: New Infection Detected!" forever...


It’s not the first time so that’s why I’m asking here.

We keep receiving detection emails from the last infection dated Sept 9. The file was on a external hard drive that the user is plugging from time to time. I’ve tried full scan, quarantine, deletion, etc…

What action we’re supposed to take to stop that? Is the external drive must be plugged in to accomplish any action?
