Hi

I’ve looked around pretty much everywhere but cant find an option to change a licence from ‘auto renew’ to not renew (or indeed not renew to auto renew).

Is this option only available at the time of purchase or can it be changed at a later date?

Edit: Indeed I cant even find any indication within licence details to show which licences are set to auto renew and which ones are not.

Thank you for your inquiry. This can be done directly from CAM portal. Here is how you can do it.
