Is it possible to have the device name in the tickets and service desk (open tickets) as a hyper link that takes you directly to the device in ITSM?
This would be ideal for when checking monitoring alerts and logs on the devices

I second this. I was also going to go so far as to ask that most of those fields become hyperlinks. I feel most of those detail fields could be useful hyperlinks like Organization or tech.
