Is there a list of what third party programs are currently support and what ones are coming?
we are going to have an appstore and make it open to anyone.
So at this time you are not supporting any third party patch management?
right this second, we only have our own patch management product that we are giving for free. I would wait till tomorrow to play with the latest version of the patch manager, then you can decide if you need to pay for one or not. We are here to listen to your requirements and put them into product, so basically you will have pretty much everything you want in the product, so why would you need another patch manager? :). But we are open to have any app in the appstore we will launch soon.
Sorry I think we are mis-communicating. I want to know what THIRD PARTY programs YOUR patch manager will be supporting besides the normal windows patches.
Example Adobe Reader, Adobe flash etc…
oh sorry we believe we have covered pretty much everything you could need (all the most popular apps etc, sorry i don’t have the exact list at hand atm), however if there is an app we haven’t covered and you need it, that’s why we have the “Technical Committees”, just tell them and watch the magic at work and within short period of time, patch manager will start supporting it! This is a paradigm shift in the way MSPs run their business, for once MSPs are in charge of the tools they use
I only see OS patches available, nothing else. No Office patches or other vulnerable programs. Where do I have to look for those?
Hi,
Office patches are already part of OS / Microsoft list and should be delivered to you. For special 3rd Party apps like Adobe, we are going to start feeding system soon and you would be receiving updates under “custom” section next to OS.
Best regards,
Ilker
But can we get a list of currently supported and planned supported programs?
Hi,
I created a seperate topic under technology committee board for list. Please review it and post comments if you need any additional applications to be supported.
