How many USB drives you want to use in general ? .
Is it possible to add chapter “New USB-devices”? From where we can move it to blacklist or whitelist

You can check the new devices detected from Security Sub-systems / Device Control menu to whitelist when needed.
However, blacklisting is on device class level not on individual device level since it would be inefficient.
