We have been locked out of our Acronis Backup account since Tuesday ( 8th of August ) even though the bills have been paid. I have sent several emails to support / acronis and STILL have no access to the account. We need to perform a recovery immediately - an absolute disgrace to be left waiting like this.
After 7 days we have access again, the problem was due to a “network” glitch. However, we now have a bigger problem as we needed to run a data recovery and had no access to the account. We are at a financial loss due to this issue - one of the support guys mentioned giving us 7 days free off our subscription - embarrassing stuff really.
