I was issued a free e-mail signature certificate valid till February 2019. Unfortunately I had to re-install my O/S (WIN 10), due to a tech. problem, and after that I am not able to access the certificate.On contacting Comodo support, they kindly sent me a reset link but, it is not working. I remember the back up password and also the KEY. Is there any way to recover the certificate with these inputs? Appreciate your help and thanks.
