Hi, I installed the ITSM on my MAC, it reported in but now its offline.
I have rebooted. also please confirm how to remove as the instructions here don’t seem to be right? https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…-a-Device.html
To remove the ITSM profile from OS X devices
Navigate to 'Settings' > 'General' on the OS X endpoint.
Select 'Profile' > 'Comodo Profiles' (certificate and ITSM)
There is no “profile” under SP. i manually removed, i then downloaded the Bulk install including the AEP, the instialtion Failed but the end point reports in to ITSM.
Please advise.
