Hi, I installed the ITSM on my MAC, it reported in but now its offline.
I have rebooted. also please confirm how to remove as the instructions here don’t seem to be right?
To remove the ITSM profile from OS X devices
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'General' on the OS X endpoint.
- Select 'Profile' > 'Comodo Profiles' (certificate and ITSM)
- Click the 'Remove' button.
The ITSM profile will be removed from the device.
it would appear there is no “profile”??
There is no “profile” under SP. i manually removed, i then downloaded the Bulk install including the AEP, the instialtion Failed but the end point reports in to ITSM.
