macOS patching agent not working

The agent got installed following a chmod +x. However, it only recognises the inventory. The Appstore/updates shows an OS update from 10.2.4 to 10.2.5. However, the Patch Management console reports OS as 0. Also custom comes up as 0. Is there anything to run to get the right information?
