Good afternoon. May I have the subnet(s) of the email server platform that you are using? When I used the Diagnostic tool to send a test email to the administrator address, the emails were getting moved to the Spam folder because the source of the emails is different than my own mail server.
I reviewed the mail headers and determined the source to be adme6.insightgod.com at 69.4.89.243, so I added that to my SPF DNS record (v=spf1 mx a ip4:69.4.89.243/32 -all). Now, the emails are landing in my inbox. If there are any more IPs or subnets that may be used, I would like to add them to my SPF record.
