Today when I run the cost report, it is all wrong. Has time values for tickets that aren’t even close to what is entered (billable or unbillable).
Cannot express how important this is to billing it’s insane.
Tickets that have 3 hours are showing up with 15 hours of billable time.
NEED THIS ASAP as and others have invoicing to do.

Hi John, Haven’t gotten any updates on this issue in 2 weeks, we HAVE TO DO BILLING and this has to be fixed else we are going to have to do it all manually one by one for each ticket. Please light a fire under someone to fix this ASAP, PLEASE!!! I love your tools but if they don’t work doesn’t matter how free it is, it is worthless to my company.
I see that support team asked you some case details on TICKET ID: KRZ-704-43466 on December 8th and reminded on December 16th. Could you please check those emails and reply them whenever you have a chance?
I did and provided screen shots as well. Please advise.
