'Malware on the Windows device!' Notification

Any way to stop aged notifications?

I had an endpoint that connected an external drive that contained malware. They have since wiped and unpluged the device but I still each day get the same notification report for those infected files with the discover date shown as that initial date the malware was found.

How do I stop this notification report please??

I’ve done another full scan since but the endpoint still reports on the platform as ‘infected’ and I still receive the report each day with the original date the malware was discovered.

Thanks for your help… multiple full scan requests from the portal never completed.

A local full scan by the client cleared the malware warning.
