Management of Android 10 Devices

Hello,
we have been using Endpoint Manager for over a year now.
Our Android devices are now on version 10.
Yesterday I had to completely wipe and re-enroll a device, because I could not set a new Passcode.
The user inadvertently set a passcode he couldn’t remember.

When I tried to set a new passcode, I got the message that this would not work on Android 10.
We use Samsung SM-T515 (Galaxy Tab A 10).

Is there any plan on updating Endpoint Manager for this use-case?

Additionally I’d like to prevent the users from changing their passcode
