Managing Materials

I wanted to know if there was a way to set a fixed material cost. I know I can add a material and let me techs put in the price within the ticket, however they don’t always know the cost of the equipment. I would like to just add the price in the admin section and they can just add the quantity. Is that possible?

For now Service Desk doesn’t have this capability. Our support team will create a ticket and we will add into our Service Desk roadmap plan.
