Merge Identical Tickets

I would like to know how to merge tickets that are from the same user and are the same issue into one main one.

As of this posting, the ability to merge tickets in the Service Desk (SD) is not yet available. We assure you that the product development team has considered to implement this in SD and is currently in the works. If you would like, we can loop you in to the feature request ticket so that we can update you of any important updates about it.
