Missing Settings For CRM/EMAIL and Quickbooks - Support has not answered my email

Hello all,

I am unable to complete my set up- brand new to the platform. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

The documentation has the following instructions for setting up email for the CRM:

Outgoing Email Server Settings

  • Click the cog icon at top-right then click 'CRM Settings'
  • Click the 'Other Settings' then 'Outgoing Server'
I do not have this option. I have a similar issue with the ticketing integration with quickbooks The instructions on the integrations page say:

Please authorize QuoteManager to work with QuickBooks Online by clicking the logo below, once done, synchronization will run periodically to ensure your data in sync:

There is no logo on the page to click on.

Am I missing something?
