Missing Third-Party Application Patch Management

I’ve loaded EPM on about 7 machines to test the Patch Management functionality. It works great for OS-related patches, but the Third Party patches do not seem to be available.

If I select a device, go to Patch Management, Third Party Applications, it is always blank. And if I go to Applications, Patch Management, and Third Party Applications, it’s blank also.

I’ve verified from the Global Software Inventory that I have third party products that are on Itarian’s supported product page: https://community.itarian.com/help/t…s.html?af=7639

So why can’t I see/apply any third party patches?? Any thoughts??
