Have a monitor setup to alert on “is down” during a period of “120 sec”. The problem is… I keep getting the alerts. I suspect this is due to a single ping check. Anything I can do to prevent false positives. The alert email is triggered every 2 minutes (aka 120 sec).
This makes the monitor useless for my needs and I will have to disable the profile in hopes to prevent future alerts.
