if me, my coworker and another person all want to remote into one machine from different machines it will not allow this, is there a way to make this option available for group work on a single machine

Unfortunately, the current versions of RMM/CRC/New CRC does not allow (yet) concurrent remote access on a single device. The next best thing we can do is to forward this to the developers as a feature request. We will keep you updated of its progress through email.
Ok please do, this feature is definitely needed
