More then 255 char in description for procedures

The description box is locked to a maximum of 255 characters.

Sometimes you need much more for description and instructions of the procedures.

So I wan’t this to be unlimited. =)

Dosen’t really have anything with the script developers to do, it’s in the ITSM.

You are correct. We’ve made an inquiry as well if this respective section is assigned to their department, otherwise, this will be forwarded to out ITSM Product Developers for improvement. :wink:
