MSI package installation fails

Hi,

I need some support with this issue. I updated CDM to version 7840 (last 4-digits). Pushed MSI package for COMODO Endpoint Security installation. Downloading on device starts and than installation fails (see screenshots). Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hello @IT-Tech ,

The “Comodo Endpoint Security Info” holds some information about CES version 8.2.0.4710 while in “MSI Instalation State” it refers to CES version 8.2.0.4839.
Did you have a previous version of CES installed on that machine ? If so, there could be leftovers that are preventing the proper installation of the new package, in this case please send us an email to c1-support@comodo.com and we will provide you with a removal tool and instructions on how to use it in order to fix this issue.
