Need to know how to send scheduled reports to a customer about tickets

Hello everyone,

We are only using the ticket support for this client.

We need to:

Send a weekly report to their Director of IT containing open and closed tickets, emails associated with them, etc.

Is there a way to set this up? I tried via scheduled reports and it only allows me to send them to myself or my technicians.

You can use this process in creating ticket reports

That only allow me to send reports to our staff. I cannot send the reports to a client.

Unless you mean downloading the report and sending it every week, which I would prefer to not do.
