Network error on getting license

Just finished installing the RMM administrator console. A get the sign in screen, fill in the information, after about 20 seconds, I get the message “Network error on getting license.”

Please be sure that the admin account that you used to download the management console installer from manage.comodo.com and the account that you try to sign in after the installations are same.

It is coupled on computer to use the same credentials for admin.

That is what I’m doing. I only have one user, me and I’m the admin. Besides, if I’m not signing in properly, why does it give me a network error and not a invalid user/password error?

If you are sure about that and also with your internet connection, please send us the logs for us to investigate. It could be something else.

Logs can be found on below paths.

if the device has X64 architecture:
