Thank you. I dont mean to be negative and I appreciate your efforts. When it starts to effect my business reputation I hope you can see why it becomes an issue for me.
@eztech - we had the same issue with a customer seeing the Network performance monitoring element and wanting it implementing in their LAN. I ended up installing the free version of PRTG just to appease them, and used the justification that i believed it was a better tool to save my reputation!
