When I take over an endpoint with the the new comodo remote control, it connects, but the screen is black or a solid blue color and it doesn’t accept any inputs. Not sure what needs to happen.

Is there anything on the roadmap to include the features we had with the RMM Plugin? For example copying files from host machine to client machine or vice versa, or the ability to chat with the end user?
Is there a feature update coming with the Comodo remote control which will show which user is logged into which PC.
As the RMM admin console will be end of life soon, the only way to determine which user PC you have to connect to is via the Comodo One website which is very time consuming.

We have been informed that the implementation of the feature (New CRC showing the logged on user) is on our roadmap and planned to be delivered by the end of Q1 2018.
