Now adding a new customer, user, file group, etc is all done manual.
The portal really need a wizard does all those steps for you so you dont miss them.
What we have been doing:
Create the company
Create a user.
Create a role for that user that gives only access to that company.
Create a file group for whitelist.
Create sub groups for each client for the type of device like workstations, servers, mobile phone.
I am probably forgetting something.
A wizard that walked you through each step from beginning to end would be create.
If we could customize the steps that would even be better.

This is a mine field for sure, but the main issue that needs to be decided on is how the system will work as currently each MSP can use the system slightly different making a nice wizard like this difficult to implement.
For instance we have the following folders/sub groups for each client: -
Workstations
Mobile
Physical Server
Virtual Server
If a client has multiple sites we have a Workstation folder for each site.
