Amazing work guys!

Looks like the download link may be busted. Instead of actually downloading anything it opens a blank tab and just spins in both Edge and Firefox.

Hello @sse1177 ,

The download link for ADDT is working in both Edge and Firefox on our side. Indeed, the download link will open a new blank tab and after that it should start the download. Please clear the internet files (cache, cookies) and make sure that there are now script-blocking addons running (adblocks for example) and let us know if you were able to download the tool.

Thanks guys, I get the following message when I try to open the Service Desk App.
HTTP 500 error
That’s odd… Microsoft Edge can’t find this page
This page can’t be displayed, because this site’s server might be under maintenance or there could be a programming error.
Is there a way to fix this? I don’t have issues with the other Apps.

Hello @bizonapage

Thank you for reporting this issue!

We are currently working on fixing the Service Desk portal issue.

We apologize for any inconveniences this might have caused!

Hello @bizonapage ,

Could you please try to access the page again and let us know if it works?

Hello @bizonapage ,

Service Desk module should be working fine now. Please let us know if this is not the case.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience created and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thanks for the update. I can confirm the module now works for me. Initially: the Edge browser returned a blank screen but the IE browser worked. Then Edge started working again when I updated my time zone setting. However, I’m not certain if changing the time zone helped or just occurred at the same time the SD screens showed up,

Looking forward to testing out the new features. Great work!

Could you confirm which profile in the table is which please, just for clarity. This continues to be a great product growing with ever update, great job!

Hello @TwoPlus1 ,

The first Column (first word in it being “Rules”) is for Optimum Profiles, second one (first word “Internet”) is refering to Standard and the last one refers to Hardened.
