Can we have a parametric script that will run a repair on an EPs Communication Client via a designated head computer (which should be able to be designated in the parameters at runtime)?

It will save us having to run ADDT against an EP when the Communication Client fails. We have this issue on a few EPs that just seem to need a repair every now and again.

Our Script Developers confirmed that it is not feasible since we can’t trigger any service via a Head Computer and combine the collected reports from multiple Endpoints. However, they are currently in discussion with our other Product team to make it possible. We’ll include you on the loop to keep you updated.

Still having a fair number of EPs whose comm client falls over and needs repairing. Any update on this?

We have asked our script developers feedback and unfortunately, currently its not achievable in scripts. A feature request is already created to support your request.

@PremJkumar So could we have switches added to ADDT so we can run it from a script?
