TICKET SUBJECT: Device is not running! reissued every 2-3 min after deleting a POLICY for PING
I created a policy to ping 1 device for testing purposes using a hostname. By mistake I applied the policy to 5 devices without changing the hostname. I stopped using the policy and deleted it completely. However,the service desk automatically issues new tickets# for 4 devices every 2 to 3 minutes and it keeps generating new tickets without stopping, I deleted all the new tickets , but I keep getting new ones. I have no other policy in place and this is a new account. How do I stop this?
