Hello,
a new user (G) can’t see all the devices in his group accessing the portal with his credentials.
I created the new USER “G”, assigned a ROLE “G” (cloned technician) and assigned as ACCESS SCOPE the “G” group of devices
the group contains 31 devices
but I see in USERS the “G” user has a limited “# OF DEVICES”
and another USER just created has 0 devices:
the user says that in his portal he can’t see all the 31 devices, but just some of them.
Do I missed something?
