New users can't use RMM application

For the last month, I have created and recreated users to access their machines, and it will not accept their UID and/or Password. I am able to login to the web portal with their UID and PW, see their machines in Device List, but when I click on remote access the app comes up and will not let them login. I have even tried to provide them with Super User Admin privies and the same thing. No access.
