I see that the only support language in procedures is Python. Does that mean the agent includes Python interpreter included, or do we have to install Python interpreter separately on a Windows machine?

There is no need to install a separate Python interpreter on any enrolled endpoint. The Comodo Client Communication (CCC or ITSM client) will take care of ‘interpreting’ the deployed procedures/script.
