I’m still in the configuration/testing phase and at a loss… I have created several tickets, as have coworkers yet when running reports, scheduled or otherwise, I get “No data available in table”. Similarly, I get the same thing on the “Open Tickets” page even though the Tickets category shows I have 8 open. Have I configured something wrong??
I tried to run a test report on my own and it showed accurate results. We also have not received anyone else reported the same issue. In this case, I think It is possible that the problem is with your selected filter options. Particularly the date from and date to period.
