NO email sent from Service Desk

Good Day,

We have noticed that the Service Desk is not replying to tickets logged. When doing a diagnostic it fails saying “error sending email - please try again” …

Note tyhat this has worked perfectly for over 6 months and this is sudden…

Sometimes the queue for sending gets jammed and needs clearing.

Support should be able to resolve this for you, if it is not that please let the community know so we all learn.
