I have a profile setup and assigned to my servers that tells me when the servers are offline for more than 3 minutes. When I created the condition, I used the device status condition. I tested by shutting down one of my servers. Although I got an email when the server was down for 3 minutes, I didn’t get an email when the server came back on. Any thoughts on why I didn’t get the alert saying the server came back online?

We suggest that you review the conditions of the Monitor in that Profile. You may be missing a condition/alert specific to what you are trying to achieve.
