No Firewall on Windows Server?

I rolled out ITSM to a Windows 2008 R2 server and it didnt activate the FW portion of ITSM. Is this by design? and why?

Yes, it is by design. We are not activating personal firewall on servers. It is highly recommended to use corporate level firewall for the server subnet. You can try our cDome product family as well if you are in need.
