No "Submit Ticket" option on EMCC

Hi

New to the system, trying to set it up for in house use. I have created users and assigned devices to them, but the option to submit a ticket is not available on the the tray icon. Tried searching for help in the forums couldn’t find a solution.

Sorry for the trouble. We have created support ticket to investigate the issue by our back end team.

Our back end team has fixed the issue on Production. Please check now and if issue still same,
just perform ITSM Service restart on device and check after that.
